Di un classico color giallo paglierino. Al naso risulta floreale e delicatamente fruttato con profumi che richiamano l'acacia e la ginestra. In bocca il sorso rivela buona freschezza e morbidezza, deliziosamente sapido. Caratteristico l'aroma di mandorla nel finale.Le uve di questo Vermentino Maremma Toscana DOC provengono dalla tenuta di Campomaccione, dal 1998 di proprietà della famiglia Zingarelli di Rocca delle Macie. Il processo di vinificazione è massimamente rispettoso della qualità dell'uva raccolta e selezionata. Fermentazione a temperatura controllata e affinamento di breve durata in vasche di acciaio prima dell'imbottigliamento. Un vino immediato e sempre interessante, ad ogni sorso e bottiglia stappata.
Ottimo con piatti a base di pesce, carne bianca e verdure. Ideale con un frittura di di pesce e verdure per un abbinamento spettacolare.
