Het album vertelt het verhaal van Cherie Lee, die na de moord op haar vader door de Bootcut Boys op een meedogenloze jacht gaat. Tijdens haar wraaktocht valt ze voor een outlaw die schuldig is door associatie. Hun pogingen om verlossing en verlichting te vinden falen wanneer geweld de overhand neemt, wat leidt tot een hartverscheurend einde waarin Cherie haar vendetta boven haar liefde stelt en zelf verandert in het monster dat ze wilde bestrijden.
