De primer is tevens geschikt als barrierecoat over traditionele systemen en antifouling (-resten). Een voordeel is dat deze primer niet hoeft te worden geschuurd. Ook toepasbaar als schakelprimer van bestaande antifouling (-resten) en teerhoudende systemen naar een harde en/of zelfslijpende antifouling.
