Beide vergistingen en de rijping vindt plaats op roestvrijstalen tanks met behulp van wilde gisten onder strenge temperatuurscontrole. De wijn wordt zo weinig mogelijk verplaatst om de expressie van het terroir zoveel mogelijk te behouden. Het totale wijnmaakproces duurt minimaal 15

De wijn wordt zo weinig mogelijk verplaatst om de expressie van het terroir zoveel mogelijk te behouden. Het totale wijnmaakproces duurt minimaal 15 maanden. De wijn heeft een mooie gouden kleur. De aroma's zijn puur, vederlicht en mineraal van karakter. Daarnaast is deze 1er Cru Montmains zeer elegant en complex. Met de al ontwikkelde aroma's zal de wijn verleiden en mogelijkheid geven tot vele gastronomische combinaties.
