Het  officemes heeft een lemmet van 12.7 cm.  Dit universele mes heeft een recht snijgedeelte met een licht gebogen eindstuk voor kleine snij werkzaamheden zoals bijvoorbeeld kleine stukken fruit, groente of het opensnijden van verpakkingen. Voor de rijke uitstraling van het mes is het heft gemaakt van zwart mat gepolijst stootvast ABS en wordt het verbonden met 3 RVS pompnagels.


Onderhoudstip :


Hoewel de messen vaatwasmachine bestendig zijn is het voor ons als  liefhebber van luxe keukenmessen not done om de messen te reinigen in de afwasmachine. Een reiniging onder een warme kraan en daarna droogwrijven met een schone katoenen doek volstaat.
