Whispering Angel 2025 is de iconische rosé van Château d’Esclans en wordt wereldwijd gezien als een referentie binnen Côtes de Provence. Wat maakt Whispering Angel zo invloedrijk? Deze jaargang 2025 is afkomstig uit de Côtes de Provence en wordt geproduceerd met focus op frisheid, precisie en pure fruitexpressie.

Herkomst en terroir

De wijn komt uit de Côtes de Provence, waar klei- en kalksteenbodems zorgen voor balans en structuur.

  • Côtes de Provence, Frankrijk: toonaangevende roséregio.

  • Klei- en kalksteenbodems: dragen bij aan frisheid en spanning.

  • Alcoholpercentage 13%: evenwicht tussen rijpheid en levendigheid.

Deze combinatie levert een rosé met zowel elegantie als energie.

Druiven en vinificatie

Grenache – Cinsault – Rolle – Syrah, Provence
Grenache en Cinsault zorgen voor fris rood fruit en finesse, Rolle brengt aromatische spanning en Syrah voegt structuur toe.

De oogst vindt ’s nachts plaats om frisheid te behouden. De druiven worden optisch gesorteerd, waarna fermentatie en rijping gedurende 3 maanden plaatsvinden in roestvrijstalen tanks om het pure karakter van de druiven te bewaren.

Karakter en stijl van 2025

In de neus toont de 2025-jaargang een expressief karakter met rijpheid en levendige frisheid. Delicate tonen van citrus en rood fruit geven complexiteit en energie. In de mond is de wijn zijdezacht en soepel, met fijne persistentie. De frisse structuur zorgt voor een energieke en levendige afdronk.

Serveer tussen 8 en 10 °C om frisheid en aromatische precisie optimaal tot hun recht te laten komen.
