Hoe bereid ik een Black Angus Ribeye Steak?

Ontdooi de halal ribeye in de koelkast gedurende 24 uur. Laat het vlees voor de bereiding goed op kamertemperatuur laten komen. Haal het minstens een halfuur voor bereiding uit de koelkast. Verwarm de oven voor op 110 graden. Bestrooi de halal ribeye naar smaak met een rub en/of zout en peper. Doe olie en roomboter in een pan en bak de halal ribeye aan alle kanten mooi bruin. Plaats de halal ribeye in een braadslede en plaats deze in de voorverwarmde oven. Laat de halal ribeye 5 minuten tot “rust” komen onder een theedoek of aluminiumfolie.

We raden aan om niet verder te garen dan medium. Houdt voor rare 50-52°C aan, medium rare 55-60°C en voor medium 60-63°C. Hier vind je meer informatie over kerntemperaturen van rundvlees.
