Royal Oporto is het hoofdmerk van Real Companhia Velha een bedrijf met een lange geschiedenis (1756) dat altijd streeft naar de hoogst mogelijke kwaliteit.

Op 10 september 1756 werd Real Companhia Velha opgericht door de Koninklijke afgezant van Koning Jose I. Samen met de beste wijnboeren uit de hoger gelegen Douro en “the good men of the city of Oporto” werd Real Companhia Velha belast met de taak van verbetering en behoud van gecultiveerde wijnstokken. Inmiddels ruim 260 zijn de uitgangspunten ongewijzigd, altijd streven naar het produceren van de hoogst mogelijk kwaliteit om daarmee nieuwe geschiedenis te schrijven. De wijnen van Royal Oporto zijn hiervan het levende bewijs.

Dit is een ’10 years old’ tawny port. Dit betekent dat de port 10 jaar in vaten is gerijpt. Omdat het een blend van verschillende ports betreft, is de leeftijd op de fles de gemiddelde leeftijd. Door oudering op vaten ontwikkelt een port aroma’s van o.a. noten en vanille.

Lekker bij
Eerst gewoon zo aan deze port nippen. Dan ontdek je het beste alle complexe geuren en smaken. Drink hem vervolgens bijvoorbeeld als aperitief bij noten of als dessert bij gerechten met karamel, noten en/of honing.

If your larger Breed dog has any orthopedic issues, has already torn their ACL etc, one has arthritis but wants to play. This size is perfect! Shazzy was born with several ortho issues. I don’t throw balls distance but right to her. This size and lighter weight assure even when Shazzy is spazzy w excitement, she’ll catch the ball mid air. The green balls are softer, and glow in the dark. In summer we can play well past dusk and I can see them! Her personality shows in the pictures. Playing ball is part of her. These balls are just perfect for her situation. Somehow they disappear, she loves making baskets, puts them in my tractor bucket, or my gardening bucket..then get put in burn pile, trash etc. I keep replacing them because she’d look day and night if we actually ran out!! 🙏✝️👍🏼👍🏼
