Met deze balkonbar maak je van elk balkon een plek voor gezelligheid. Vooral als je balkon niet zo ruim is, is een hangende bar aan de railing een goede oplossing. Een klein ontwerp met groots resultaat. Nodig je vrienden uit, zet de drank koud en jij bent klaar voor de zomer!

Onder begeleiding maak je jouw variant op ons balkonbarretje. Je gaat aan de slag met restmaterialen uit onze schappen. In deze workshop werk je met de afkortzaag, accutol en decoupeerzaag. Geen ervaring? Geen zorgen, de workshop is geschikt voor alle niveaus. In een paar uur tijd is je kluskennis opgefrist én ga je naar huis met een zelfgebouwde balkonbar!

Tip: Maak foto's van je balkon en neem de maten op, zodat je barretje perfect past!

As context, I've underwritten about 100 deals and attended some basic underwriting classes. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
