Stratanium+ is ontwikkeld door SCANPAN in samenwerking met internationale gastronomische chefs. Het is de compromisloze benadering van frituren en bereiding van de chef-koks die de rode draad is geweest voor het ontwikkelingsteam achter het nieuwe oppervlak, dat de meer traditionele anti-aanbaklagen achter zich laat.
