De productie is in handen van topwijnhuis Zenato. Dit familiebedrijf werd een halve eeuw geleden opgericht door Sergio Zenato in een plaatsje aan de zuidoever van het Gardameer. In de grote wijnprovincie Veneto heeft het wijnhuis inmiddels bijna honderd hectare aan grond. Kwaliteit staat altijd voorop, zo ook bij deze Valpolicella Superiore. Deze rode wijn wordt gemaakt van tachtig procent Corvina druiven, tien procent Rondinella druiven en tien procent Croatina en Oseleta druiven. Al deze druiven worden de eerste tien dagen van oktober handmatig geoogst. De oogst wordt gevolgd door ontsteking en traditionele maceratie gedurende een periode van tien dagen in roestvrijstalen tanks. Aan het eind van de alcoholische gisting wordt de wijn met zachte persing van de schil gescheiden en ongeveer twaalf maanden in eiken vaten gerijpt.De geur en smaak van de Zenato Valpolicella Superiore
De selectie van de druiven is ongelofelijk streng, want Zenato heeft kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan. Het is daarom niet voor niets dat Zenato Valpolicella Superiore van zo’n enorme populariteit geniet. De geur is onvoorstelbaar goed: kersen, wilden bessen en iets van kruiden. Je krijgt al dorst door alleen maar te ruiken. De smaak is verrassend zacht haast fluweelachtig. Een hoop smaken komen samen rondom je tong: bramen, bessen, kersen, vanille en kruiden. Een prettig glas wijn die veel smaak heeft, zonder dat deze Zenato Valpolicella Superiore te zwaar wordt. De afdronk is groots, rijp en verfijnd in de tannines. Precies wat we van Zenato mogen verwachtenValpolicella Superiore en eten?
Deze rode wijn van Zenato leent zicht er perfect voor om te combineren met mooie gerechten. Het is dan ook niet geheel vreemd dat de Zenato Valpolicella Superiore in vele restaurants een wijnarrangement sieren. Nu vraagt u zich natuurlijk af welke gerechten er bij deze rode Zenato wijn passen. Fantastic Foam and Spectacular Steamer
Best electric steamer/frother evvveerrrrr! I've had several froth/steamers over the years and this is the BEST one by far. It's compact, quiet, and makes thick gorgeous foam. My coffees, lattes, etc. now look like fancy five star restaurant quality works of art! I've become a mini barista as this makes my morning coffee routine an indulgence. It's really easy to use and the color coding is so clever because you always know what the dial is set on. It's super functional and has four options for mixing ability. You just dial to one of your four choices (thick foam, light foam, hot but no foam for say hot chocolate, and cold foam for iced drinks) and push and about two mins later, it's done. It's very compact and takes up almost no space on my kitchen counter. The blue base is also very pretty and the canister is easy to clean. Bonus is that you get two mixer pieces, the second one easily stores under the base. I use oat and almond milks primarily, and I get great results with thick foam! Love this little froth/steamer!!

Best frother
I enjoy a nice cappuccino in the morning. I’ve had 3 frothers. This is by far the best. Why: It’s 2 pieces which makes it so much easier to wash. You don’t have to worry about the bottom getting wet and it’s just easier to clean. Capacity: this makes me a bigger cup of cappuccino. It’s the right amount of milk and foam. My other models also had too much foam. Never spills over: when I fill it to the max line for foam it has never spilled over my other 2 frothers always did and made a horrible mess. It warms the milk more than my other 2 models. It’s hot not just warm. It’s easy to use and a great price. I highly recommend this frother.

Failed Shortly After Purchase and Required Too Much Effort to Resolve
This product was purchased as a holiday gift for my spouse. Out of the box the product made a load mechanical noise (similar to a baseball card in bicycle spokes) – but it produced a nice heated frothed milk. Less than 3 months after first using the frother, it completely stopped frothing. The heating unit continued to work but the spinning disk did not move.
I contacted the seller and within 48 hours they requested a video of proof that the frother was no longer working. I provided the requested video 6 hours after receipt of seller's request. Since then, I have not received any communications, and my follow up emails receive NO RESPONSE.
Amazon should consider pulling this product and seller from their website.
UPDATE:
After multiple follow-up contacts over a month's time, manufacturer eventually issued a full refund.

Total game changer
Great frother. Nice capacity for a lot of foam. I've had it for a couple months. It's started out pretty quiet for about a month but I've noticed that the motor seems to be a little louder than usual but still a low sound. Not a big deal though. It works great.
Just wanted to mention that the quality of milk matters. For example, I shop at Aldi and I get their oat milk. It doesn't froth as good as a higher quality name brand oat milk. Lower quality almond milk won't hardly froth at all. Get a high quality almond milk. Whole milk and 2% does great. I love the fact that I can warm my milk in case I want a hot matcha latte which I have often or golden milk. I also want to mention that I also use flavored creamer which makes a nice foam. Cold or hot
This machine is a space saver. Easy to use. Easy to clean. You get two frothing elements which can be cleverly hidden under the frother when not in use. I use this almost every day. I really recommend this frother. It's a game changer

One of My Most Used Kitchen Appliances
I've been using this milk frother almost every day, and it's become one of my favorite kitchen appliances.
I originally purchased it because I wanted an easy way to make coffee shop-style drinks at home instead of spending money on coffee runs. It works great for both hot and cold foam, so I use it year-round for everything from hot coffee to iced coffee.
The foam comes out smooth and creamy, and it's made a noticeable difference in my homemade drinks. I also like that it's simple to use and easy to clean after each use.
If you enjoy lattes, iced coffee, cappuccinos, or just want to make your morning coffee feel a little more special, this has been a worthwhile purchase for me. It's one of those products that I use often enough that it has easily earned a permanent spot on my kitchen counter.
