Koolhydraat-elektrolyt oplossing
De formule is ontwikkeld om te mengen met water en te drinken voor, tijdens of na de training. Koolhydraat-elektrolytoplossingen dragen bij tot het behoud van het uithoudingsvermogen tijdens langdurige duurtraining.
Met natrium, kalium, calcium en magnesium
ESN Electrolyten bevat onder andere natriumbicarbonaat, natriumchloride, natriumcitraat, calciumgluconaat, kaliumchloride, magnesiumcitraat en kaliumcitraat. Daardoor past het product goed bij sportmomenten waarbij vocht- en elektrolytenaanvulling belangrijk is.
Red Apple smaak
Deze variant heeft de smaak Red Apple. Meng één sachet van 22,5 gram met 625 ml koud water in een shaker en drink naar behoefte voor, tijdens en/of na de training.
