Als er één sport is waarbij een gemiddelde training vaak het uiterste van je lichaam vraagt, is het wel boksen. Boksen, the Noble Art of Self Defence, biedt de ideale mix van trainen op uithoudingsvermogen en het versterken van de spieren.
Er is geen sport waarbij je zo snel een beresterke conditie opbouwt als bij het boksen. Een bokser is immers voortdurend in beweging. Hardlopen en fietsen zijn natuurlijk ook ideale manieren om calorieën te verbranden, maar het nadeel van deze sporten is dat het bovenlijf niet meedoet. De meeste lange afstandlopers en wielrenners zien er dan ook uit alsof je ze zo omver kunt blazen. Dé manier om aan cardiotraining te doen en tegelijkertijd je spieren te ontwikkelen is boksen. De rugspieren, buikspieren, schouders, armen, benen en borst, ze doen allemaal mee! The chain is very nice, can adjust it to 16 to 18inches. Appears to be 925 sterling sliver. The diamond charm is about a diime in size. It's sparkling and pretty. I can't decide if the charm is to big or not for me. All in all 40. Spent on it was ok but no more.

Heart of the Ocean

I love this blue sapphire heart necklace. It matches well with the blue sapphire earrings that my grandfather gave to me years ago. This pendant also reminds me of the heart of the ocean from the movie Titanic. The size is perfect and it is beautiful.
