Gebruik
1 Smelttablet per dag. Zonder water in te nemen, lost gemakkelijk op in de mond.Bij voorkeur tijdens of na de maaltijd innemen.Overmatig gebruik kan een laxerend effect hebben.De Gezondheidsraad adviseert de volgende bevolkingsgroepen, naast de normale voeding, gedurende het hele jaar dagelijks 10 microgram extra Vitamine D in te nemenL- Vrouwen van 50 t/m 69 jaar- Volwassenen die onvoldoende buiten komen (minder dan 15 minuten per dag tussen 11.00 en 15.00 uur)- Volwassenen met een donkere huidskleur- Zwangere vrouwenHet advies aan ouderen vanaf 70 jaar is per dag 20 microgram Vitamine D extra in te nemen.
Bewaaradvies
Bij kamertemperatuur (15-25°C) op een droge en donkere plaats (in de originele verpakking) bewaren. Buiten bereik van jonge kinderen bewaren.

This product exceeded my expectations. The installation process was incredibly straightforward—even for someone with little to no experience—and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Once installed, it feels very sturdy and secure, with no wobbling or shifting at all. You can tell it’s well-designed and made with quality materials. I also appreciated how quickly I was able to set everything up without needing any extra tools or help. Overall, it’s a reliable, user-friendly product that I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for something dependable and easy to install. Drill is required though.

The shelf is very flimsy and not sturdy at all. It feels unstable and poorly made. Definitely not worth the money, I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money on this product.

Hassle but they work great. I love the color, the thickness and quality. They do have some weight but in my opinion, I prefer that. Right now the four shelves are holding up my WiFi routers and remotes. Will buy again
