General notes about this release (please note: our version may differ a little. see the comments above):
Sleeve, recto: laminated. Iconic "Nipper" (in colour) beneath red EMI logo (top left). Sleeve, verso: "The services of Pierre Boulez by courtesy of CBS Records Limited." Record company given as "E.M.I. Records (The Gramophone Company Ltd), Hayes, Middlesex, England." "Nipper" reappears as black-and-white image, as "Regd. Trade Mark of The Gramophone Company Ltd.: A Company of the EMI Group." Older EMI globe logo above legend "The Greatest Recording Company in the World" at top left. Label and release date: This is a reissue of [r7122898, first released in 1969. The 1969 original release shares with other ASD issues of the time a semi-circular HMV ("Nipper") logo, in color, which occupies the upper half of an otherwise red label. On this reissue the HMV logo appears in smaller black-and-white 'postage stamp' form, and a white ring runs round the outer edge of the red label. As far as I know, these label changes did not appear on ASD releases until 1972-1973. In addition, on the 1969 release's label all rights are reserved to "The Gramophone Co. Ltd", but the reissue assigns them to "EMI Records Ltd", the name taken by the Gramophone Company from July 1973. Though the latest date given on the recording is ℗ 1969, evidence indicates the reissue's date of release cannot be earlier than 1973.

Cute, big enough and top notch quality
These are SO CUTE! The look exactly like the pictures so I am really glad about that. They are quite substantial in size, big enough. See pics :). I gift one of three to my friend's dog. The texture is soft and boucle like and soothing for me and the doggos! The squeakiness is very prominent but not present in all parts of the toy - so its annoying. I am also glad these have no stuffing because they look great as is and lack of the stuff make them easy to chew on. The cuteness got me on this one and I may repurchase again, if need be.

No mess toys
My chiweenie ripped out the squeaker in 5 minutes. Other than that they are good toys. No mess.

not very long lasting
I like the fact that they have no stuffing. My 20-pound dog chewed through these in no time and got the squeaker out and tried to eat it. My dog enjoyed tearing it apart. I had to chase him around to get the squeaker out of his mouth. The size is great for a medium sized dog. However, it lasted only minutes before it was ruined.
