I don’t think it would be possible without at least an electric screwdriver (or drill). Other than that, installing it was fine and now I love it so much. I’m tempted to get more for the other rooms in my apartment- it’s really the perfect shelf. It’s super multi-functional for organization/storage and decor + very affordable for the superior quality and appearance.
