Een Cellenbeton Latei met een dikte van 7 cm (70 mm) is een veelgebruikte latei voor overspanningen bij binnenwanden. De lateien zijn speciaal gemaakt in onze cellenbetonzagerij omdat er veel vraag is naar dit product. Deze lateien zijn geschikt om boven een raam of deur opening geplaatst te worden en dienen als opvulling. Lateien van 70mm dikte kunnen niet dragend gebruikt worden. De lateien mogen niet belast worden door vloeren of balken. De maximale dagmaat van deze latei is 1000mm. Dat betekent dat de totale deur- of raamopening maximaal 1000mm mag zijn, kleiner mag natuurlijk ook.

  • Snelle doorlooptijd omdat de latei direct geplaatst kan worden

Cellenbeton Latei 70mm en Koudebruggen: cellenbeton heeft een goede isolerende werking. Daarnaast heeft cellenbeton geen krimp of uitzetting waardoor de kans op scheurvorming door het materiaal voorkomen wordt. Door de gehele constructie uit te voeren in hetzelfde materiaal voorkomt u koudebruggen doordat de isolerende werking niet onderbroken wordt. Koudebruggen zijn plaatsen waar de thermische isolatie niet doorloopt of op elkaar aansluit en daardoor energie verloren gaat. Punten waar dit vaak gebeurd zijn gevels, daken of vloeren.

Verschillende Maten Lateien: Vanuit onze cellenbetonzagerij kunnen wij vrijwel elk gewenste afmeting latei of cellenbetonblok voor u op maat zagen. Lateien zijn beschikbaar voor verschillende wanddiktes, variërend van 100 mm tot 425 mm. Voor buitengevels zijn er zelfs lateien met isolatie om koudebruggen te voorkomen.
