That means that the grapes come from the same fields that supply the legendary Salon Champagne.
Delamotte is made from 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier and has been left on its lees for 36 months, which is why the complexity is brilliant. A light dosage also makes it extremely suitable for drinking as an aperitif or light starters
