This compact converter is designed to transmit high‑bandwidth HDMI video signals over exceptional distances using SMPTE optical fiber technology. It allows HDMI sources such as computers, switchers or cameras to be delivered across large studio spaces, event venues or remote production environments where conventional copper cabling cannot reach. By inserting a compatible 3G, 6G or 12G‑SDI SMPTE optical SFP module, the unit converts the incoming HDMI feed into robust optical SDI while maintaining full image fidelity up to Ultra HD at 2160p60. This enables clean, noise‑free transport over single‑mode fiber links that extend far beyond the limitations of traditional coaxial infrastructure.
Signal accuracy is preserved throughout the chain thanks to automatic format detection across all major SD, HD and Ultra HD broadcast standards. Whether the HDMI source outputs progressive, interlaced or PsF signals, the internal processing ensures consistent results with no manual configuration required. The converter also supports up conversion, allowing SD and HD material to be displayed on Ultra HD monitors connected further downstream. This makes it an effective solution in mixed‑resolution workflows where equipment across the facility may operate at different standards. The optical output is fully compliant with 12G‑SDI specifications, ensuring compatibility with high‑end routers, fiber receivers and field production gear used throughout the broadcast industry.
Professional audio integration is supported through balanced analog XLR connections and four‑channel 110‑ohm AES or EBU digital audio. Operators can pass audio directly from mixers, recorders or embedded HDMI sources into the optical SDI stream, creating a unified signal path that maintains synchronization through long‑distance transport. The right channel XLR input can be assigned to receive incoming timecode, helping maintain precise synchronization in multi‑device environments where accurate timing is critical for post production, live broadcast and editorial workflows.
Configuration is handled through USB or Ethernet, offering quick local setup or remote administration across facility networks. The device supports optional front‑mounted smart panels featuring an LCD and tactile controls, providing instant visual confirmation and simplified menu navigation.

Good value for solar watch
Color: Black/Orange
Nice watch! It is plastic like but it is solar. No indiglo button only a little luminous on the hands so you don't want to wear it in tje dark and expect to check the time. 45mm case is good size for my wrist and the band works good also, Not too long not too short. Overall a good watch with no problems

Do not buy
Color: Green/Black
Do not buy. When I received the watch it did not work and the battery was dead. I bought a new battery and it killed that one as well after about a month.

Inexpensive doesn’t mean cheap.
Color: Black/Orange
After 10 months, zero complaints. Well, I got rid of the horrible NATO strap 🙄. That’s a personal preference. Easy to swap out to whatever you like. Keeps accurate time meaning it’s the same time. I’m not micro analyzing it and the seconds gained/lost. It has a confident look and feel and makes you feel good when wearing it. Sure it’s not high priced but it’s not cheap. Very comfortable, light and not unincumbered. If this is what you’re looking at, you’d be satisfied. Great looking, durable and simple watch. Full confidence.

Budget Seiko Prospex this is not
Color: Black/Orange
Bought this as a cheap work watch, but I guess all the budget went into the solar technology.
No date adjust feature, gotta crank the crown over and over to adjust the date. (Also no screw-down crown, but that's expected at this price)
Fake diver bezel. Lol why? Cringe as heck. Should of just put a compass bezel on there instead tbh.
Cheap plastic crystal, scratches and mars just by looking at it.
Okay NATO strap. Falls apart quickly, but it's easily replaceable with a better quality one.
Decent lume on the hands, but none on the hour markers even though it looks like there is.
Looks cool.
