Wie fanatiek traint, weet waar we het over hebben met termen als incline en decline banken: bij het bankdrukken of dumbell pressen met de rugleuning schuin omhoog (incline), benadruk je meer de bovenkant van de borstspieren. Ga je juist decline op de bank liggen (met je hoofd lager dan je middel), dan 'pak je' meer de onderkant van je borst. Deze multifunctionele bank biedt beide mogelijkheden, want de rugleuning is in te stellen in maar liefst negen verschillende standen.



De bank is in decline positie perfect te gebruiken voor het doen van sit ups en dat komt goed uit, want een bovenlijf met een strakke borstpartij, mag natuurlijk niet ontsierd worden door een flabberige buik of een one pack
