S/FTP CAT6 netwerk kabel soepel 100M 100% koper. De kabel heeft AWG waarde 27 met een PVC mantel. Geschikt voor netwerken tot 1Gbit met een bandbreedte van 250MHz. Wordt geleverd op zonder aangegoten connectoren, ideaal wanneer de kabel door loze leidingen getrokken moet worden. Dankzij de 100% koperen aders is deze kabel geschikt voor het gebruik van PoE (Power over Ethernet). Een soepele kabel wordt in principe altijd gebruikt wanneer er aan beide uiteindes connectoren gemonteerd worden. Gaat u gebruik maken van wandcontactdozen of patch panels? Dan heeft u een kabel met stugge kern nodig. Een kabel met soepele kern is hier niet geschikt voor en zal dan ook niet werken.

Wat is het verschil tussen UTP, FTP en S/FTP?

Bovenstaande termen geven aan of de kabel geen, één of meerdere afschermingen heeft. Een UTP kabel is niet afgeschermd en installatie in de buurt bij andere kabels kan leiden tot storingen. FTP is simpel gezegd een enkele afscherming, waar S/FTP dubbel afgeschermd is en storingen vrijwel uitgesloten zijn. Weet u het nog niet zeker? U kunt altijd contact met ons opnemen! Wat is PoE (Power over Ethernet)?

Met Power over Ethernet is het mogelijk om zowel data als stroom te leveren over een standaard internetkabel. Het kan gebruikt worden om apparatuur, zoals beveiligingscamera's en VOIP telefoons van stroom te voorzien. Power over Ethernet is vooral handig voor apparatuur dat ver weg zit van een stopcontact, maar wel stroom nodig hebben.

Delivered as pictured and described. I was a bit concerned because of the super low price, thinking maybe it was a discontinued model due to problems but we've had good experiences with Belkin products so I went with this one... When facing it plugged into the outlet, the cord does lean right as advertised. Length is also correct. True white, not an almond color, so it looks nice with white outlet and carpet where visible. The switch is effectively placed on the end where the cord comes out so it's harder to accidentally switch off. Also it lights up on top to indicate green for protected or red for not grounded. Also designed for a phone line on the opposite end but we haven't had use for that where we are using this surge protector. Will update this review should we utilize that feature or have any issues. All in One; Power Strip & Surge Protector
The Tripp-Lite Protect It Surge Suppressor is definitely the All in One tool for the job. This power strip surge protector features seven handy outlets; number seven (at the end) is a wider plug surrounding that works wonders for plugging in that bulky AC adaptors that tend to take up so much space otherwise. Its twelve foot cord allows easy extending that is almost as large as most rooms. The red on/off tap button glows a pretty reddish/orange when lit, but does tap on and off rather easily, so it's best to either mount it on the wall or low on the wall/floor molding, or have it somewhere where the button will not be easily tapped, otherwise everything goes off. The little Green LED light at the top of the switch ensures you that everything is in working order. We had a pretty bad electrical storm not long after ordering this product and when all of the other lights in the house dimmed, the Television set didn't flicker, so at $21 dollars, I feel that it has already paid for itself. One last note, for all those who are concerned with having only, or prefer, "Green" products, this power strip is ROHS Compliant; meaning it meets all requirements under the California Compliance Code.
