Natuurlijke deodorant sluit poriën niet af en geeft het lichaam de kans te blijven ademen en giftige stoffen door het natuurlijke zweetproces te laten afvoeren. Wel houdt het de groei van bacteriën tegen die onplezierige geurtjes veroorzaken en gaat het zo zweetgeur tegen.
De natuurlijke minerale zouten dringen niet de poriën binnen door de moleculaire grootte maar ze passen de pH aan op de huidoppervlakte. Zo creëren ze een omgeving waarin bacteriën niet kunnen groeien en garanderen ze een natuurlijke veilige frisheid.
De deodorant is ongeparfumeerd maar heeft een milde natuurlijke geur door de plantenextracten.
