De rol- en snijonderdelen zijn gemaakt van geanodiseerd aluminium waardoor ze geschikt zijn voor het bereiden van voedsel. Door het materiaal wordt het deeg beter meegepakt door de rol- en snijonderdelen, dit zorgt voor geen oxidatie, weinig verlies van deeg en dat de pastamachine makkelijk is schoon te maken.
