The key advantages of Poly Stretch fabric include its excellent stretch and recovery, which ensures the leggings retain their shape after wear and washing. However, the high stretch content can lead to gradual loosening over time if not properly cared for. 

To care for your Poly Stretch leggings, machine wash them on 40 degrees. Turn the leggings inside out before washing to protect the fabric and preserve the colour. It’s best to air dry them to maintain their elasticity and prevent damage from high heat.
