Glutenvrij tarwezetmeel verdikkingsmiddel (guargom) MAGERE MELKPOEDER dextrose zout suiker LUPINEMEEL
Kan sporen bevatten van ei soja noten sesam

Voedingswaarde per 100 gram
Energie 1419 kJ/ 339 kcal
Vetten 0 2 g
waarvan verzadigde vetzuren 0 0 g
Koolhydraten 81 8 g
waarvan suikers 4 7 g
Vezels 0.3 g
Eiwitten 1 3 g
Zout 1 8 g

Droog koel en na opening goed afgesloten bewaren.

Gebruik
Voor 1 brood:
500 gram Glutenvrij meel 
1 zakje droge gist of 25 gram verse gist
400-450 ml koud water.

Broodbakmachine:
Meng de gist met het water en giet de mengeling in de bakvorm van uw broodbakmachine.
Zet het apparaat aan en voeg al roerend de broodmix toe. Gebruik het standaardprogramma en laat gedurende +/- 3 uur bakken. 

Oven:
Meng de gist met het water (in een mengkom). Voeg de broodmix toe en roer gedurende een 4-tal minuten (best met een houten lepel). Giet nu het deeg in een met boter ingesmeerde bakvorm. Dek af met bakpapier en laat gedurende 50 tot 70 minuten bakken aan een temperatuur van 200 °C
