Dankzij de warme middagen en koele nachten zijn de wijngaarden de perfecte plek voor deze druivenrassen. Koelte is namelijk nodig om een mooie frisse zuurgraad te krijgen. Wanneer de druiven optimaal rijp zijn worden ze volledig met de hand geoogst. Dankzij deze handmatige pluk kunnen de druiven in de wijngaarden al streng geselecteerd worden. In kleine kratten worden de verschillende druivenrassen vervoerd naar de wijnmakerij. Hier volgt een traditionele vinificatie, waarbij de tweede gisting plaats vindt op de fles om de bubbels te creëren. Deze rijping door maar liefst twaalf maanden in de kelders van Villa Conchi.Hoe smaakt de Brut van Villa Conchi?
De Cava Brut wordt geschonken uit een prachtige fles met een mooi design, dat door de jaren heen steeds gemoderniseerd wordt. In het glas kleurt deze cava goudkleurig met groene reflecties. De bubbels dansen elegant in het glas. In de geur fruitige aroma’s van appels, citroenen, toast en hints van verse muntblaadjes. In de mond een aangenaam en rijke wijn. Mooie prikkeling op de tong van de bubbels met veel geel en tropisch fruit. De lange afdronk maakt deze Cava een topper, voor deze prijs echt ongekend mooi.
