Le uve sono state vinificate con una macerazione lunga di 20 giorni, senza uso di lieviti selezionati. Affinamento in barriques per il 15% nuove, per una durata di 14-16 mesi. Un Langhe che è un grande esempio dell'eleganza che sa dare il nebbiolo.
Delicato e floreale, il Langhe Nebbiolo di Sottimano si accosta a meraviglia a primi piatti a base di verdure e salse al pomodoro o a preparazioni poco strutturate a base di carni.

Keeps the puppy entertained for hours

Had it a week and it popped. The durability is not good! It’s not chew resistant, the value for the money is poor! My dogs enjoyed it for the week it lasted it was a good size , however extremely disappointed!
