Mezcal Amaras Espadin Joven is een mezcal gemaakt van de Espadin Agave. Casa Amarás is de producent van Mezcal Amaras. Het bedrijf is ontstaan uit liefde, liefde voor de zon, het land en de mensen die er op werken, maar vooral de liefde voor Mexico en zijn plant de Agave. Casa Amarás doet het zogeheten ‘seed to sip’ wat betekent dat ze alles zelf doen, van het planten van het zaadje tot het bottelen van de Mezcal. Casa Amarás is 100% duurzaam en gebruikt tot 20% van de verkoop voor de ontwikkeling van initiatieven van het sociaal en milieu bewust zijn.
