Vanuit de basisreceptuur geeft Smoked heerlijke recepten die je laten zien wat je vervolgens met de gerookte producten kunt maken.

Leer de technieken en rook een eendenborst die je vervolgens verwerkt in een salade met sinaasappel, granaatappel en pecannoten. Of warmgerookte coquilles die je serveert met Le Puy-linzen en bacon. Maar denk ook aan kaas: leer cheddar roken en verwerk deze in een paddenstoelen-preitaart.
