Hierdoor wordt het verzamelen van paddenstoelen eenvoudiger en zorgvuldiger.

Het gebogen lemmet van 8 cm bestaat uit roestvrij staal. Hierdoor biedt het mes uitstekende scherpte en corrosiebestendigheid. Daarnaast zorgt de vorm voor gecontroleerd snijwerk. Daardoor kunnen paddenstoelen netjes worden afgesneden zonder beschadiging.
