FlowTech™ Hotend voor Sovol SV08
De FlowTech™ Hotend-kit is een perfecte aanvulling voor uw Sovol SV08 printer. Het wordt geleverd met een plug-and-play verwarmingskern en een thermistor, die volledig compatibel zijn. De standaard Z-hoogte, het bouwvolume en de firmware blijven ongewijzigd.
Door te upgraden naar het FlowTech-ecosysteem kunt u een uitgebreid assortiment lekvrije nozzles gebruiken, waaronder de DiamondBack, CHT High Flow en CM2 geharde nozzles.
Voordelen van het FlowTech™ Hotend
- Lekvrije nozzle: Neem afscheid van vervelende nozzle-lekkages die uw prints verpesten en filament verspillen. Het FlowTech Hotend combineert nozzle en thermische scheidingszone tot een permanent verzegelde eenheid die een lekvrij hotend garandeert.
- Eenvoudige nozzlewissel: Het wisselen van nozzles was vroeger tijdrovend en potentieel gevaarlijk. Met het FlowTech Hotend zijn nozzlewissels moeiteloos en kunnen met slechts één hand worden uitgevoerd, zonder dat heet aandraaien nodig is.
- Hoge doorstroomsnelheid: De keramische cilindrische verwarmingselement en de 28,6 mm smeltzone bieden een uitstekende volumetrische doorstroomsnelheid.
- Volledig metalen ontwerp: Duurzaam en robuust! Het FlowTech Hotend heeft een volledig metalen ontwerp dat de meeste moderne 3D-printmaterialen kan verwerken. Elk hotend wordt intern bewerkt en gemonteerd, waarbij kwaliteitscontrole in meerdere fasen van het productieproces wordt uitgevoerd. Aan het einde ondergaat elk hotend een volledige thermische cyclustest voordat het wordt verpakt.
- Maximale temperatuur van 300°C: Dit hotend is ontworpen voor een temperatuur tot 300°C, met een correct afgestemde NTC-thermistor voor elke specifieke printer. Deze speciale uitvoering is perfect afgestemd op de Sovol SV08, zodat geen firmwarewijzigingen nodig zijn.

Wobbly and Poor Design

Update: nope! Not worth the money. My cat simply brushed against the divider, and it fell, knocking breakable things over. Not safe!
It serves it's purpose, but...the screws were basically glued to the packaging. It took me longer to get the screws out of the packaging than it did to put it together.
The assembly was easy. I am not mechanically inclined by any means, but the instructions, despite being very hard to read (I have over 40 eyes), were pretty simple.
Structurally, it is very wobbly. I think they should have designed it with a middle rod to keep it more stable. I find that the attachments to the rods are wobbly and should have been screwed rather than popped into an attachment hole without reinforcement. That would have also made the room divider more stable.
I have cats, but the material is easy to clean. I took a damp cloth to it, and it came right off. As far as see-through...I think it does a great job of masking theO other side of the room.. I just wish it was a little longer and closer to the floor stand.
I like that it came with extra parts. It's just a very cheaply made item, and I don't think the price for the item reflects how cheaply it is made, how wobbly and unstable it is, or the poor design.

Taking forever but worth it

Love the product. However, trying to take the screws etc out of its box, it’s almost impossible due to the adhesive inside it. I have neck and arm issues so for me it was even more difficult. Adhesive stuck to each washer and screw so I had adhesive all over my hands then I had to get it off of the items.

Stable, solid, and versatile!

Exceeded my expectations. Easy, but tedious to assemble. That said, it’s solid, well made, and will last. You can stand it up in a straight line without concern it will fall over. No need to fold it like an accordion for stability. Helped me separate my garage gym from the kids bikes, shelving, paint, tools, and typical garage stuff.
