Waarom gebruik je Bedtime smudge?

Tijdens de nacht verwerken we de dag en reizen we heel wat af. In de nacht ben je ook ontvankelijk voor energie die niet bij je hoort. Deze "ruis" zorgt ervoor dat we onrustig slapen, wakker worden door storende dromen etc. Door deze frequentie te gebruiken, en dat hebben we uit eigen ervaring, slaap je heel erg diep en wordt je uitgerust weer wakker. De spray/olie kan heel goed worden gebruikt voor kinderen die onrustig slapen. Gebruik de spray dan als roomspray! En doe maar een paar druppels in de diffuser bij een kind, omdat het een wat krachtigere frequentie is. We hebben de spray in een lekker grote fles gedaan van 100 ml dan is het een lekkere familie fles!
