Gebruik
Het Hydrate & Perform poeder is een isotone mix van isotone dranken voor de lichaamsbeweging, die helpt om elkaar te ontmoeten tijdens het opwarmen (150 ml om de 15 minuten) en op regelmatige tijdstippen tijdens en na het sporten (tot 2 uur na het sporten) (150 ml om de 15 minuten). Alternative Snack Option

Very disappointed
I was really excited to receive these snack packs as someone who recently is doing keto. I was very disappointed that they have no flavor, not lightly salted or anything and were almost stale/soggy. Keto stuff is expensive and I’ve found some good nut mixes before, these just are not it and maybe sat too long?

"OK" taste
I was excited to try these but was disappointed when I did. They are "OK" taste wise..no bold flavors that is for sure. They will be nice on-the-go to throw in my purse but I wouldn't buy them again - not only because they taste rather bla but also because they were a but expensive.
