Waarvoor wordt dit middel gebruikt
Deze test wordt gebruikt om verhoogde niveaus van ALT en AST te detecteren, die kunnen wijzen op:
Leverbeschadiging door alcoholgebruik of medicatie
Leverontsteking (bijv. hepatitis)
Vette leverziekte (NAFLD/NASH)
Levercirrose of andere leveraandoeningen
Aanwijzingen voor gebruik
Voorbereiding
Open de verpakking en haal het testapparaat eruit.
Reinig uw vingertop met het bijgeleverde alcoholdoekje.
Bloedafname
Gebruik een lancet om een kleine bloeddruppel te verkrijgen.
Gebruik de micropipet om het bloed op te zuigen en breng dit over naar het testapparaat.
Testuitvoering
Voeg het verdunningsmiddel toe volgens de instructies.
Wacht 15 minuten en lees het resultaat af.

Waarschuwingen
De test is bedoeld voor zelfdiagnose, maar bevestiging door een arts wordt aanbevolen bij een positief resultaat.
Een verhoogd ALT/AST-niveau kan een indicatie zijn van een leverprobleem, maar verdere medische tests zijn nodig voor een volledige diagnose.
Bewaaradvies
Bewaren bij kamertemperatuur, buiten direct zonlicht.
