Le uve, accuratamente selezionate per rappresentare solo il meglio del terroir di origine, fermentano e affinano in barriques per 12 mesi, per poi stabilizzarsi in acciaio e venire imbottigliate senza filtrazione. Un’etichetta da stappare adesso, per gustarne appieno ogni virtù.
Ottimo in abbinamento a primi e secondi di pesce, è da provare con il branzino al forno in crosta di pistacchi.
