Al palato colpisce per la decisa struttura e la piacevole beva sapida.Vino bianco macerato, l’Asyrtico della cantina Ariousios, situata tra le colline dell’Isola di Chios, in Grecia, è ottenuto vigneti dal suolo di argilla e limo, da viti di circa 15 anni, coltivate secondo agricoltura naturale. La vinificazione prevede una fermentazione in vasche di acciaio inox e macerazione sulle bucce per 5 giorni, quindi affina negli stessi contenitori per 11 mesi, a contatto con le fecce fini. Un vino puro e intenso, che grazie alla vinificazione naturale e sostenibile, si fregia del riconoscimento del movimento “Triple A”, che sottolinea il partire dal vigneto per produrre un vino conviviale e territoriale, in armonia con la natura e l’ambiente circostante.
Si abbina bene con le specialità locali come la Moussaka, secondi piatti di pesce strutturati e salsati, secondi piatti di carne bianca e formaggi mediamente stagionati.

Bargain Espresso Machine Works Great

Great espresso machine, and a bargain at only $100! Pulls perfect shots with a generous amount of crema. And, it comes with a high-quality tamper. Tips: When you first turn it on, remember to run the steam wand for a couple seconds to prime the system. Test/experiment with the grind to get it just right--40 seconds with my blade grinder is working for me.

Great Espresso Machine for Beginners

Update:
Milk teamer doesn't deliver the foam like at the first couple of days, and the espresso doesn't come with the crema any longer. Somehow the pressure goes above the espresso range, and I tried to decrease the amount of coffee, and no results. I am so disappointed.
First thing that impressed me about this little espresso machine is how easy it to use. You can make a double espresso shot in literarily 1 minute. Second thing is size, the machine is pretty compact that you can place it anywhere in the kitchen without worrying about taking too much space. Also, it heats up quick, and the options are straightforward. The water tank is just the perfect size, which is excellent for me, and I don't have to refill water constantly.
Performance-wise, it feels solid and does an excellent job making shots like what you'd expect in a cafe. The water pressure is just right, delivering this espresso shot without the extra acidity. The flowmeter regulates the water evenly which is great in making that creamy espresso. Something else to note, it's small and also quiet, which is big to me since the last one was making unnecessary noise every time I make a shot. Now, the milk frother is pretty decent, and create that foam you'd love to see in your cappuccino and latte.
Overall, this is a pretty decent choice, and feels durable.

Beautiful, functional, and perfect for a stylish coffee bar
I absolutely love this scale. As someone who cares about both function and aesthetics, this was exactly what I was looking for. It’s refreshing to find a high-quality kitchen tool that doesn’t force you to sacrifice the look of your space. The white and gold design is stunning and fits perfectly on my coffee bar without looking bulky or industrial.
