Heat it® is een medisch hulpmiddel voor het verlichten van jeuk en pijn bij insectensteken. Door behandeling met warmte kunnen jeukende steken snel en eenvoudig worden verlicht met behulp van je smartphone.
Gebruik
Heat it® kan worden gebruikt voor insectenbeten veroorzaakt door muggen, paardenvliegen, bijen en wespen.
Aanwijzigingen voor gebruik
Beheer steken met je smartphone in slechts enkele ogenblikken. Steek de heat it® in de oplaadpoort en de heat it® app wordt geopend. Indien nodig kunt u nu de behandeling aanpassen. Na een korte opwarming wordt het contactoppervlak van de heat it® op de steek geplaatst. Afhankelijk van de instelling in de app duurt de behandeling 4, 7 of 9 seconden. Om jeuk en pijn te verlichten, wordt de getroffen huidzone kortstondig verwarmd tot ongeveer 51 °C. Door gebruik te maken van geconcentreerde warmte kun je insectenbeten betrouwbaar en eenvoudig behandelen. Dit chemievrije werkingsprincipe van lokale hyperthermie is medisch bevestigd. Debra Fileta’s background as a licensed professional counselor and Christian shines bright as she combines biblical examples from Jesus's life with informed psychology and resources to help the reader avoid burnout and live joyfully. Soul Care will help you examine what areas of your life require attention and set a path for what you can do next. The book provides resources and ideas and is an excellent study tool.
As a small business owner for over 22 years, my pace has impacted my decisions for decades. One topic covered in Soul Care is the need to slow down. I relate very much to the need to pace myself and find rhythms of rest.
If you are willing to go deep and ask yourself some real, honest questions, this book is for you. In our fast-paced, always-on, instant world, this book offers an opportunity to find balance, peace, and restoration, leading to better relationships, decision-making, and outcomes. Debra is an outstanding counselor who is God-led to help people.

Timely words for today’s culture

Debra Fileta's "Soul Care" is a great blend of faith-based principles and practical advice. I love how she explores the rhythms Jesus practiced to care for his soul as a framework for readers to follow.
What sets Soul Care apart is her holistic approach to caring for ourselves. Debra Fileta addresses the spiritual, emotional, AND physical aspects (I love the title of chapter 7). Her tone is so easy to read, but the content is deep and thought provoking. Soul Care is helping me realize the need to establish healthier, more sustainable rhythms in my life and giving me answers for how to do that.
As someone who served in ministry before, during, and after the Covid-19 pandemic, I’ve seen such a high burnout rate around me (and in my own life). This couldn’t be a more timely read. I want to give a copy to everyone I know!
