Rechte nis met afgeronde in de muur maken? Dat kan gemakkelijk met onze kant- en klare inbouw nis. Deze nis is al op maat gemaakt en kun je zo in de wand plaatsen. Je hoeft dus zelf niks op maat te maken, dat hebben wij al voor je gedaan!

De nis is geschikt om te plaatsen in vrijwel elke woonruimtes zoals, woonkamer, keuken of hal. Dankzij het bouwmateriaal cellenbeton zijn de nissen ook te gebruiken in natte ruimtes bijvoorbeeld badkamer of toilet.

De rechte inbouw nis met afgeronde hoeken heeft een hoogte van 47cm en een breedte van 27cm, de diepte is 5cm. Hierdoor heb je genoeg ruimte om je spullen er in op te bergen. Het frame heeft, uitwendig, een totale hoogte van 60cm, een breedte van 40cm en een diepte van 5cm. Dankzij de ronde hoeken in de nis krijgt de ruimte een luxe uitstraling.

Een rechte nis met afgeronde hoeken in de badkamer maken is gemakkelijk met onze kant- en klare inbouw nis. Deze is gemaakt van cellenbeton waardoor deze geschikt is voor natte ruimtes zoals badkamer of toilet. Cellenbeton is namelijk niet gevoelig voor vocht of schimmel.

Ook in geval van lekkage hoeft de wand met nis niet opnieuw gebouwd te worden zoals bijvoorbeeld met gipsplaten of mdf frames. Hierdoor zijn onze cellenbeton inbouwnissen de perfecte keuze. Daarnaast kan cellenbeton gecombineerd worden met andere bouwmaterialen. Na het plaatsen van de inbouwnis kan deze afgewerkt worden met een afwerkingslaag naar keuze. Dit is in de badkamer vaak een tegelwerk.

This product works exactly as described. It makes BM's smoother and gentler. I personally use the unflavored, no sweeteners added version, and honestly, it does not taste very good, but I feel that the results are worth it, and I do not like adding extra sweeteners or flavorings to my diet. I have used this product for many years and have found that about 1 1/2 to 2 tbsps in 12 ounces of water works the best for me. You will need to experiment a bit to find the ratio that works best for you. I recommend that you start on the low side and gradually increase the amount of Metamucil as needed.

Healthy, Effective, and great when mixed with Splenda and Koolaid mix. The best of many options I've tried.
Flavor Name: Unflavored, Size: 1.46 Pound (Pack of 1)
I've sampled a few different varieties of fiber supplements, including both Benefiber and off-brands, and I found that Metamucil provided the most fiber in the least offensive beverage. Compared to the other brands, this stuff is smoother textured, and goes down easier, as a sort of happy medium between the grittier supplements and the thicker ones. What about effectiveness? I have apocalyptic IBS, and since starting to take this stuff regularly (one giant glass every morning and evening), my BMs have been much more regular, and more manageable. Flare-ups happen less, and it even seems to do a decent job when taken with meals of cutting the hit to my stomach and gut. I tend to take more than the recommended amount, with an even larger serving of water, as I feel like it helps me stay hydrated and full throughout the day. I started taking the classic orange Metamucil, but although I really liked the superior flavor (rather like Orange Tang) it packed several times more sugar in each serving than fiber, so while it was great for digestive health, the overall health impact was too negative. I also sampled the sugar-free berry flavors, but found that, although it was ostensibly healthier, the flavor wasn't great, and in addition it suffered from the aspartame aftertaste and further effects (Aspartame gives me headaches). So this was a dilemma for me. What to do? I actually wrote to Metamucil about it, and they recommended this product. The downside is that it comes with absolutely no flavor, so you need to provide your own in order to mask the texture (I wouldn't dream of trying to mix this in plain water--yuck!) The upside is they pack 100+ servings into a container, and you really are free to blend it into whatever suits your fancy. Obviously if you mix it with something like orange juice, then you're already negating the benefits of this stuff over the sugary orange flavor, but I've personally found a much better way. I like to mix this stuff with Kool-aid mix and Splenda (Sucralose) sweetener. I buy a ton of Splenda and kool-aid as it mixes up tasting sweet, like sugar, but without the calories or aftertaste. You can dump a spoonful of this stuff into a glass of splenda-koolaid, or just dump 8 servings worth of this stuff in with a packet of koolaid powder and a cup of splenda, and then just mix it up and spoon it into water as needed. Better tasting, sugar-free and packed with good useful fiber. EDIT: I wish I could subscribe to this stuff. Price of splenda has gone up, but I've figured out thatyou can just dump 7 packets of koolaid mix and 7 dashes of sucralose into a container of this and shake it up.
