Kleur: licht goud. Neus: aroma’s van citroenschilletjes, rokerige kolen en warme gerstemout. Smaak: tonen van kalksteen, sugar snaps en donkere turf, met zoetheid van honingraat en zoethout. In de afdronk heeft hij tonen van zeezout en zwarte peper, terwijl de rokerigheid langzaam afneemt.
