Ribes, mirtilli e marasca, cardamomo e cannella aprono ad un assaggio morbido e caldo, con buona trama tannica, caratterizzato da un certo ritorno di note di pepe nero sul finale.Lo shiraz (o syrah) è un vitigno di origine orientale che proviene dallantica Persia e che si è affermato in Francia principalmente nella Valle del Rodano dove concorre alla produzione di vini celebri come lHermitage e lo Châteauneuf-du-Pape. Casale del Giglio lo ha introdotto nella provincia di Latina nel 1985 e da allora ne è uno degli interpreti più autorevoli, almeno in Italia. Una maturazione di 8/12 mesi in barrique porta al Lazio Shiraz IGT 2015 di Casale del Giglio: un vino ricco e profondo, morbido e vellutato, perfettamente sostenuto da una bella traccia di freschezza.
A tutto pasto, lo Shiraz di Casale del Giglio ben si abbina a piatti di carne anche fredda (carpaccio, etc.). Da provare anche con un filetto di tonno alla piastra.

Super soft and super warm! This nice and thick blanket feels so nice when you wrap yourself up in it; and it’s just big enough to do exactly that!
I’ve washed it a few times and it comes out even softer and fluffier than when I put it in the washer; and no issues with losing fluff or thinning/tears.
