Hierdoor past het hoeslaken perfect bij topdekmatrassen voor elektrisch verstelbare bedden. Zo kunnen de twee hoofdeinden onafhankelijk van elkaar bewegen. Het splittopper hoeslaken kan gewassen worden tot 60 graden, is geschikt voor de wasdroger en hoeft niet gestreken te worden.
