Lekker bij: Gegrilde vis met romige sauzen, kalkoen uit de oven met gegrilde groentes, romige kazen

Leuk weetje: Vergisting in eikenhouten vaten van 228 liter en demi-muids, 12 maanden rijping in 228 liter eikenhouten vaten waarvan 20% nieuw en daarna voor 6 maanden rijping in staaltank
