Full open Top Vent 15 inch: voor de ultieme temperatuurbeheersing

De topvent van gietijzer geeft je de ultieme controle over de temperatuur van je kamado-barbecue. Bepaal de toevoer van de luchtstroom door de topvent verder open of dichter te draaien. Jaag de temperatuur in je kamado nog sneller omhoog met de full open functie. Hierdoor kun je de margrietschijf helemaal wegdraaien om een nog grotere luchttoevoer te creëren.

 

Hoe monteer je de top vent?

Verwijder de oude top vent door aan de binnenzijde de moertjes los te draaien en vervolgens de boutjes aan de buitenzijde voorzichtig uit de topvent/kamado te halen. Til de oude top vent van de kamado en zet de nieuwe topvent op de kamado.

Steek de boutjes van buiten naar binnen weer terug door de top vent en kamado. Doe de kamado voorzichtig open en draai de moertjes weer op de boutjes.

TIP: monteer de topvent zo om dat de deksel naar achter schuift.

 

Onderhoud van de gietijzeren top vent:

Voordat je de gietijzeren top vent op je kamado monteert, moet deze worden geseasoned.

Seasonen gaat als volgt, maak de top vent goed schoon met water en afwasmiddel. Zet het vervolgens in de oven of op de barbecue (160-200 graden) en verwarm de top vent minimaal dertig minuten. Maak de top vent hierna goed schoon met een doek of keukenpapier.

Vet de gietijzeren top vent daarna in met Crisco, geklaarde boter of rijstolie en haal het overtollige vet weg met een doek of keukenpapier. Plaats de top vent terug in de oven of op de barbecue en verwarm deze voor een uur. Laat het daarna afkoelen en neem het overtollige vet weer weg. Wanneer de top vent is afgekoeld, nog één keer invetten. Verwarm nogmaals een uur in de oven of op de barbecue. Nu is de top vent klaar voor gebruik en kan hij op je kamado worden gemonteerd.

I Exclusively Use ONLY Hiipoo Products - Simply the BEST!

I'm just about to purchase this product for the 3rd time. I simply cannot believe how well this product works for me. In the past, I had a $2k Ricoh sublimation printer, using Sawgrass ink, and specialty sublimation paper. That expensive Ricoh printer didn't last over 2 years. I took such great care of that machine, and it was terrible. Now, I use an Epson-2800, and I ONLY USE Hiipoo ink and paper, because it is THE BEST! Hiipoo inks work excellent in Epson printers, but you must initially start with their ink, you cannot add the ink to whatever you already have in your printer. This paper is compatible with Epson printers. I will exclusively only use Hiipoo products. The quality is unmatched. The performance is superior. The value is outstanding. I HIGHLY recommend Hiipoo products. I am not a paid spokesperson, not do I receive compensation for this review. I just own a business that provides laser engraving and sublimation printed items. You cannot go wrong using this sublimation paper. Buy their inks too, the quality of the printed items are exceptional. Excellent thickness of paper.
