Gebruik
1 tablet per dag bij voorkeur innemen tijdens de maaltijd met voldoende anti-oxidatieve voedingsmiddelen

Niet tegelijk innemen met cafeïnerijke dranken (koffie thee) of chocola melk fytaan rijke
producten.

IJzersuppletie is veilig in de aangegeven doseringen gedurende een beperkte tijd (tot het ijzergebrek
