Eigenaren Marco en Massimo Zorzettig komen uit een familie die al ruim 3 generaties lang actief zijn in de wijnindustrie. Hierdoor hebben zij een onschatbare kennis voor het maken van de mooiste wijnen. Dat is dan ook zeker terug te proeven!Refosco een typische druif uit Friuli
De Refosco druif is een typische druif die voorkomt in de regio Friuli in Italië en in Slovenië. Door het unieke microklimaat in deze regio groeien de Refosco druiven voor deze witte wijn in een perfecte harmonie op. Door het aangrenzende gebergte, in combinatie met de wind van de Adriatische zee ontstaat dit perfecte microklimaat. De druiven voor deze bijzondere Italiaanse rode wijn worden handmatig in september geoogst. Deze oogst gebeurd in de vroege ochtend onder streng toezicht van de Marco en Massimo Zorzettig. Met deze strenge selectie van druiven komen enkel de beste en mooiste druiven in de wijn terecht. Door de oogst in de vroege ochtend te laten plaats vinden is de schil van de Refosco beter bestand tegen eventuele kneuzingen onderweg naar de winery. Zodra de druiven in de winery van Alturis zijn aangekomen vind de zachte persing plaats. De vinificatie gebeurd in cementtanks.Na iedere slok een nieuwe sensatie
Alturis Refosco is een bijzondere rode wijn. Deze wijn word gemaakt van 100% Refosco, een druif die nog maar weinig word gebruikt. De Refosco is vrij moeilijk te verbouwen maar de wijnmaker die alle moeilijkheden weet te trotseren heeft een geweldige wijn te pakken! De kleur is diep donker rood. In geur een explosie van aroma’s zoals bramen, zwarte bessen, Schwarzwalder kersen en een licht pepertje. De smaak van deze rode wijn is heerlijk vol, waarbij na iedere slok wel weer een nieuwe sensatie vrijkomt. Mooie tonen van rijp rood fruit die worden afgewisseld met kruiden en een hint van vanille. Do not trust sizing or measuents

Sizing way off. Can barely fit on and no where close to buttoning. Same pant measurements in another pant bought at the same time no problem. Sizing and measurements off.

They fit perfectly. They are the best pair of shoes My husband's ever wore! the smell of that new leather is incredible. It is real leather, not imitation leather. It's a little tight across the top portion of his foot right before his toes start, but I believe that can be stretched out, they just have to be broken in. they are so classy and snazzy. The front of the toe part is a little darker than the rest. But it Kind of blends in fades into the rest of the leather. It will scratch easily. So you have to be careful, it's real leather. It's soft but not like felt soft and its shiny. This is the kind of shoe you actually need The old school shoe Polish in a buffer cloth. I didn't think that we would like or he would like the white soul but it does not look bad like I thought it would be. It does not stand out. It blends right in perfectly with the shoe. Any of their color would have not matched. If you're on the fence about this nice dress, you don't be. this name Shoe actually lives up to its reputation. It was incredible and no, I'm not just saying that. if it sucked, I would say so. it's a great shoe in every way. It has a cushioned soft leather insole. It's a little thinner piece of velour feeling leather In the instep. It is such a great shoe definitely worth the purchase. The size does fit. He wears a 10 and a 1/2. That's what we got, and that fits perfectly. I think he could have gotten 11 and got away with it, so he wouldn't have to break the top portion in. But there's plenty of toe room, it's just where your outer edge of your foot an the bone, right before your big toe, so like I said, right across the widest portion of your foot needs to be stretched out broken in. once he breaks that in the shoe fits perfectly. so you can size up half a size you probably can get away with it, just fine God bless!

High quality comfortable shoes from Rockport

I've been a fan of Rockport shoes since buying my first pair in the 1980's. I actually still have that pair and had them resoled once.
This shoe has the style and profile of a dress shoe but is finished in a nice smooth suede-like grey color. Typical of Rockport shoes, they are flexible and lightweight. The upper is genuine leather, something getting harder to find in reasonably priced quality shoes. That should make these more durable than artificial leather.
The insole is sculpted and soft with just a bit of memory foam padding with good arch support. They are removable and I assume replaceable.
The soles are flexible and grippy, and the heel is low and comfortable. I ordered my usual size, 13W and they fit well, just a tiny bit tight on the top where they lace if wearing thick socks until they stretch a bit. Due to the shape of the toe box they look a little long, but there is plenty of toe space.
These were very comfortable, true to size, well made and very nice looking shoes. I expect them to be durable and last a long time as all of my other Rockport shoes have in the past. These would look great with jeans or khaki's or even with more dressy clothing, they can be casual or dressy. Even though these are well made and genuine leather with Rockport's reputation for comfort and quality they cost less than many sneakers.
