I am pleased with the look and heft of the bag, and especially the chain; thank God there's a chain. This purse does not look cheap in any way. It will fit my phone, tissues, lipstick, change purse, and credit card/license. Other clutches were too small or too big, but this hits the sweet spot. I ordered additional colors (navy and black). Also - because its a flap closure, there is no clasp that could break or look chinsy
