Deze klassieke polo van Polo Ralph Lauren is gemaakt van 100% katoen en draagt op de borst het kenmerkende geborduurde pony-logo, het detail dat het stuk direct herkenbaar maakt als origineel Ralph Lauren. De witte kleur maakt er een veelzijdige basis van die het hele jaar door te dragen is en bij vrijwel alles past. De polo heeft een geribde kraag en geribde mouwboorden die hun vorm houden, een tweeknoops sluiting en een nette zoom. Het zuivere katoen ademt goed en voelt comfortabel aan, ook wanneer de temperatuur oploopt. De afwerking is verzorgd zonder opsmuk, precies wat je van een Polo Ralph Lauren polo verwacht. Geproduceerd in Turkije uit honderd procent katoen. Het is het geborduurde logo, en niet een opdruk, dat deze polo zijn herkenbare en duurzame karakter geeft tegenover goedkopere varianten.

De polo valt grotendeels true to size met de licht ontspannen, klassieke snit waar Polo Ralph Lauren bekend om staat. Wie een strakkere pasvorm wil kan overwegen een maat kleiner te nemen, terwijl de polo op je eigen maat netjes maar comfortabel zit over borst en schouders. Het zuivere katoen heeft nauwelijks rek, dus de pasvorm blijft tijdens het dragen stabiel. Houd er rekening mee dat 100% katoen bij een warme was iets kan krimpen, dus was op een lage temperatuur om de maat te behouden.

Met een marineblauwe chino en witte sneakers wordt deze witte polo een schone, verzorgde zomerlook, terwijl een lichte short hem juist relaxter maakt. Het is de polo waar je in de zomer standaard naar grijpt omdat hij overal bij past.

Ralph Lauren werd in 1967 in New York opgericht, en juist de poloshirt vormt het fundament waarop het merk groot werd. Het geborduurde pony-embleem groeide daarbij uit tot een wereldwijd statussymbool.

These have turned out to be great everyday shoes for my 5 year old. She normally wears a size 10, but since that size wasn’t available, I ordered the 11 expecting her to grow into them.
