Met Magnesium Complex krijg je vier goed opneembare magnesiumvormen die we normaal los aanbieden, nu in één handig supplement. Dit betekent dat je kunt profiteren van de unieke voordelen van magnesiummalaat, -tauraat, -bisglycinaat en -citraat. Zo heb je een breed inzetbaar supplement in huis!
Magnesiumvormen met de beste opneembaarheid
De verschillende vormen van magnesium kunnen we in twee categorieën opdelen: organisch en anorganisch gebonden. De organische vormen – zoals magnesiummalaat, -tauraat, -bisglycinaat en -citraat – zijn beter biologisch beschikbaar en worden beter opgenomen.
Optimale opname door aminogecheleerde vormen
Wanneer magnesium gekoppeld is aan een aminozuur – zoals bij magnesiumtauraat en magnesiummalaat – is het mineraal beter beschermd tegen maagsappen. Deze varianten, bekend als aminogecheleerde magnesiumvormen, hebben een sterkere structuur waardoor ze intact blijven tot ze de darmen bereiken. Dit resulteert in een betere opname en minder maag- en darmklachten in vergelijking met ongecheleerde vormen.
Tauraat en bisglycinaat
Magnesiumbisglycinaat en -tauraat zijn beide organische, aminogecheleerde vormen van magnesium. Magnesiumbisglycinaat bestaat uit magnesium en twee (bis) glycinemoleculen, terwijl magnesiumtauraat is gecheleerd met l-taurine, een aminozuurachtige stof.
Wanneer magnesium gebonden is aan glycine of l-taurine, kan het makkelijker de bloed-hersenbarrière passeren. Hierdoor worden deze vormen van magnesium beter opgenomen in het hersenweefsel.
Citraat en malaat
Magnesium Complex bevat ook magnesiummalaat en -citraat. Hierbij is magnesium gebonden aan appelzuur (malaat) en citroenzuur (citraat). Deze zuren zijn allebei onderdeel van de citroenzuurcyclus, die energie levert aan onze cellen. Bovendien worden deze vormen van magnesium relatief goed opgenomen in het spierweefsel.
Magnesium Complex bevat B6 in de vorm van pyridoxaal-5-fosfaat (P-5-P). Deze vorm heeft een betere biologische beschikbaarheid, en is de meest veilige vorm van vitamine B6.
Magnesium Complex capsules voor slikgemak
Sommigen vonden de Magnesium 200 Complex tabletten te groot en lastig door te slikken. Daarom bieden we hetzelfde product nu ook aan in capsulevorm. Deze capsules bevatten dezelfde hoogwaardige ingrediënten als de tabletten, maar zijn dankzij hun kleinere formaat veel makkelijker in te nemen.
Vitamine B6 als pyridoxaal-5-fosfaat:
Vitamine B6 is toegevoegd aan de formule om de werking van magnesium te ondersteunen.
De vitamine draagt namelijk bij aan een goede energievoorziening in de spieren en activeert de natuurlijke energie in het lichaam.

Sturdy, with multiple uses around the kitchen and the rest of the house too

These racks have a slim line and they are quite versatile in terms of arranging, which makes them easy to fit with a variety of drawer measurements. The angle of the stepped section is great- enough to make the labels on your bottles easily visible, but not so sharply angled that the edges of the jars are likely to block closing the drawer (and thus be useless). The listing makes it easy to determine whether they will fit. Round jars will also be stable in these racks, and you can double-stack the shorter spice jars. They would also be great for organizing jars of sprinkles and sanding sugars in your baking area.
The racks are very sturdy and well made. The coated finish does make it easy to clean by just wiping with a damp sponge.
I also found a use for them in my craft room, where they hold multiple containers of glitter and make it very easy to find what I am looking for in a range of similar colors. I have a lot of my glitter in a metal cart, and the rack can be placed over the edge of the cart, so it's also easy to layer some smaller containers underneath and lift the rack in one movement to access those. I've also considered using them as thread racks. I think you could probably come up with any number of handy uses for them.
Overall I'd say these are an excellent value for the money and probably an even better value in terms of saving you time and aggravation when looking for the spices, sprinkles (or glitter!) you want to use.

🌶️ Adjustable, sturdy spice organizer that saved my small side drawer

I picked this iSPECLE 4-pack spice drawer organizer because I needed a neater way to store spice jars without them rolling around or getting buried in the drawer. Thank heavens it's adjustable because I'm using it in a small side drawer, and that flexibility makes a big difference. It is meant for drawers about 15" to 30" wide, so it should fit a good range of kitchen drawer sizes as long as the drawer has enough depth for your jars.

Works well, very adjustable

I love these so much. They are super low profile, which solved the problem of the last set of these that I got that were way too tall for my shallow little drawers. They do exactly the job they say, and before you say that you could just lay your spices flat, this allows for easy access to pick them up since they're at an angle. The only complication for something like this is that your spices have to be pretty uniform in size. If that's not an issue for you, then this will be a good fit. I have really struggled to organize with limited space in this kitchen, and it's little solutions like this that are simple but really make a big difference. My drawers are quite narrow in addition to being quite shallow, so I actually used this as two separate organizers instead of sliding them to fill the whole drawer, though that would also be really effective. The adjustability is really the genius of this design. I might not pay $25 to house $25 worth of spices, except there really isn't another solution in my kitchen so I'm quite grateful for these at this price!!
