Vers van de kwekerij

Alle kamerplanten worden zorgvuldig geselecteerd door onze plantenexperts en rechtstreeks verzonden vanuit onze kwekerij. Onze planten worden zo biologisch mogelijk geteeld en groeien op in een kas die draait op zonne-energie en aardwarmte.

Luchtzuivering

De Musa Dwarf Cavendish is een luchtzuiverende kamerplant, wat betekent dat deze plant de lucht in huis schoon houdt en voorziet van zuurstof. Daarnaast maken kamerplanten gelukkig. Echt waar – probeer het maar eens!

Water geven

De Musa Dwarf Cavendish krijgt graag regelmatig een slokje water en heeft graag een vochtige grond. Elke week tweemaal een glaasje water is voldoende. Geef de Bananenplant twee keer per maand een beetje plantenvoeding. ’s Winters is één keer per maand plantenvoeding voldoende.

Standplaats

Zet de Musa Dwarf Cavendish op een lichte plek, maar probeer direct zonlicht te vermijden. Vermijd tocht, aangezien deze kamerplant daar niet van houdt. Draai de Bananenplant regelmatig een stukje, zodat de kamerplant niet scheef gaat groeien.

Verpakking & levering

Wij verpakken jouw kamerplanten in een stevige, speciaal voor kamerplanten ontworpen doos. De planten en de potgrond worden beschermd door een beschermhoes. De kamerplanten worden vastgezet in de doos. Zo wordt jouw kamerplant niet alleen vers en gezond, maar ook ongeschonden geleverd.

I've been looking into various kits and components but this one seemed to fit my needs perfectly - all components included and the flexibility to cut strips (up to 6) to the lengths I needed. Its also very thin and needs no other mounting hardware, channels, diffusers, screws, etc. No instructions - but everything only fits together one way except which end of the LED strip to connect to (polarity). For my reel, it was towards the center of the reel and not the freed end - which meant I had to cut a piece off and connect the end that was just cut. Insert the cut end into the connect after peeling off a bit of the blue tape. You can also peel off a little bit of the white tape beneath that to expose the copper contacts - but the connector contacts can pierce that layer if you don't want to peel off the white layer also. (Don't peel it all off, just enough to to fit into the connector.) Insert the end, press down the hinged part until it clicks or is otherwise all the way clamped - don't need tools, just your fingers squeezing it is enough. Test the assembly by plugging it into the power supply. You can also connect the remote - a blue LED on the power supply tells you whether its on or off. Once I figured out which end to connect to, everything was quite straightforward. I installed my 6 strips in my small pantry - one for each shelf - and routed all the wires to one side, mostly hidden. I mounted the remote on the pantry door - it can sense through the door - which is not very thick - as well as just tapping it once the door is open. The remote can be touchless - just wave your hand near it - but it seems to also sense tapping from some objects. Holding down on the remote activates dimming - it will cycle through brightness and stop when you release. Other than that, its as simple as I had hoped and took me about an hour to install (I expect my next install will be 30 mins). I am planning to order more kits for other closets, kitchen, etc.

UPDATE 1: Seller got in touch and is sending replacement power unit. Will update again once it arrives. I do really like the look of these and they did wonders for a dark park of my closet that has built-ins. ORIGINAL: Lights stopped working after about 6 weeks (beyond the 30 day return policy). Seems like the control unit died. Haven’t found any feasible way to contact seller or manufacturer. Will update review if anything changes.
