Deze krachtige rode blend uit Californië combineert de intensiteit van Petite Sirah met de fruitige expressie van Zinfandel. Lynx wijnhuis creëert met deze oak aged cuvée een complexe wijn die de warme Californische zon en het ambachtelijke vakmanschap perfect weergeeft.

Smaakprofiel

Diep robijnrood met paarse reflecties. In de neus aroma's van rijpe bramen, zwarte kersen en pruimen, verrijkt met vanille, cederhout en zwarte peper. De smaak is vol en intens met uitgesproken tonen van zwarte bessen, pure chocolade, geroosterde koffiebonen en subtiele kruidnagel. De rijping op eikenhout geeft karamel- en geroosterde eikentonen. Lange, fluweelzachte afdronk met warme houttonen en gepolijste tannines.

Spijscombinaties

Uitstekend bij gegrild ribeye steak, pulled pork met barbecuesaus, geroosterde lamsrack met rozemarijn of gerijpte harde kazen. Serveer op 16-18°C voor optimaal genot.
